ISSUE: The recipient’s video is not visible

  • Please check any browser extensions you have running. In particular disable VPN’s with WebRTC leak protection enabled.

ISSUE: Video quality low, keeps dropping out, call keeps ending

  • There are two issues that affect EveVideo’s and every other audio visual software’s performance. Bandwidth and Latency. Bandwidth is how much traffic your internet connection can handle. Latency is how heavy the traffic is on your service provider’s network. EveVideo requires a minimum of 4G. Anything less and you will experience low video quality, call dropping and stuttering. In these circumstances, in order that you can complete your task, take the video with your phone natively and upload it when you have a 4G or better connection.
