EVESOLO USER GUIDE
1. Registration
Once you’ve subscribed head over to https://suite.evevideo.com and select Register and enter your email and desired password. Upon validation of your subscription you will receive an email inviting you to Log In.
2. Log In
Once you’re registration is confirmed use your username and password to Log In.
4. User Interface
Once you log in you will be presented with a list of your RECORDED video calls. You will also see the SOLO RECORDINGS OPTION. Just click on that to go to your list of SOLO Recordings with the ability to amend the title, add a claim / file code (or equivalent) make unlimited notes, play the video and copy the link to share the video. You also can logout and start a CALL or SOLO Recording.
4. Start a Solo Recording
Clicking on RECORD presents you with a interface that lets you enter the name of the recording. Which camera you want to start with and choose if you want to share your location. You can then select START to initate the recording.
5. Give permission
Enable permission for Evevideo to access your microphone and your camera.
6. Take your video
Take your video. Choose to switch cameras, turn off video of you’re simply transcribing audio or audio if you you require video only.
7. Confirm you want to end the recording
If you want to end the recording select Yes. If you’ve ended the recording by accident and want to go back to it. Select No.
8. View and manage your recordings
You can change the name and other elements as per EVE Plus. If you take another video with the exact same name it will be grouped under that unique name - useful for processes that have more that one stage - eg vehicle check in and interviews.
9. View recordings
You can view your recordings, download if needed, share and edit the details.
10. View related recordings
Grouped recordings will be display below the first in ascending date order.
18. View recording location
If the location permissions were granted by the user a location symbol will be displayed will open a google maps window showing the precise location where the video recording was taken.
